The City Council of the City of Oakland will hold a public hearing and meeting at 7:00 pm on October 16th, 2023, at the Municipal Building, 401 N. Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Lot Splits for L12 21ST CHETS ADDITION, OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, BURT COUNTY, commonly known as 102 Circle Drive and L10 & 11 21ST CHETS ADDITION, OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, BURT COUNTY, commonly known as 1015 E. First Ave and S200’ SL1L1 (EXL2SL2L1& EX. 28ACTR) 13TH ADDITION, OAKLAND, NEBRASKA, BURT COUNTY, commonly known as 712 N Osborn Ave. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council will receive the advice and recommendation of the Planning Commission, and the City Council will determine whether the foregoing lot split permits.
