Oakland Avenue, Oakland, NE, to consider the following: Discussion of Conditional Use Permit for Lot 3 – 4 Block 4 Oakland Addition, commonly known as 404 N Davis Ave. At said time and place all interested persons and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the City Council whether the foregoing conditional use permit.
